My 32-minute cover 'By This River' was performed on a modular synthesizer with heavy usage of sound sampling and slices (mainly by Orthogonal Devices ER-301), as well as patching a large number of random voltages to control the pulse and interference, to make a delicate sound and fragmented separation. Much appreciated for the guitar samples recorded by Li Xin, thus the original cold heart has become softer.
The honor goes to Brian Eno, I just sang the song my own way. It is also like a conversation in the air, between him and me, between me and you.
We are lost in lives that are waiting to be experienced but still cannot leave this river.

你聽到的這首 32 分鐘的純模塊化合成器演奏版本《By This River》，運用了聲音採樣切片的方式（主要通過 Orthogonal Devices ER-301 完成），運用大量的隨機壓控製造脈衝和干擾，做出細膩聲響和碎片化的離間效果。也得益於李鑫錄制的吉他採樣，讓原本冰冷的內心變得溫柔了些，非常感謝他。
這首改編沾了 Brian Eno 的光，榮耀歸於他，我只是用自己的方式詠唱了一遍（又一遍）。它也像一場隔空的對話，在他和我之間，我和你之間。
一段等待被體驗的生命，讓人迷失，但依然離不開這條河流。
